The boss, the bankroll, and the poor bloke who pays for everyone’s “business expenses.” When Will is not paying invoices, you will find him at the local rugby game or "shredding gnar" at Fistral Beach.
Jo
Designer, Product Developer & Safety Hazard
Jo brings the ideas to life—often with zero regard for health, safety. If it’s fast, fun, or borderline reckless, he’s probably testing it (usually without a helmet). When he’s not designing elite sunnies, you’ll find him chasing waves and proving that risk assessments are, in fact, optional.

Brand Manager & Director of Bad Ideas
The mastermind behind everything that sounds like a terrible idea. From crafting the brand’s wild image to making sure the chaos runs smoothly, he's the one steering the ship - just don’t ask about the map

Spreadsheet Sorcerer & Coffee Connoisseur
Nathan’s the spreadsheet wizard who automates anything and keeps our budget in line. When he's not saving us from ourselves, he's skateboarding or perfecting his coffee skills - because spreadsheets and caffeine are basically his superpowers.
Lucy
Marketing Mastermind & Rule Enforcer
Lucy’s the marketing genius who keeps the brand on track while stopping Jo and Alex from doing anything illegal. When she’s not saving us from ourselves, she’s out mountain biking or hiking.
Stuart
Warehouse King & Iron Man
Stuart’s our Warehouse Manager and the legend known as Iron Man, thanks to the time he drank rum straight from an iron on our first work trip. He keeps everything running smoothly in the warehouse - just don’t ask him to do anything without a solid supply of rum.

Warehouse Sidekick & Gadget Guru
Tom is Stuart's right-hand man in the warehouse, always ready to build some next-level gadget for events. Whether it’s getting things sorted or cracking jokes, Tom’s the one who makes sure everything’s running smoothly
